Rheumatoid arthritis and diabetes since 8yr years, on medicine and routine test, in current routine test,my Creatinine level 0.4 low from normal range..., is it indicates any kidney disease?

Hello doctor. My father just got diagnosed with LVH. LV mass and size is normal. Wall motion is normal too. Only the Relative Wall Thickness is increased mildly. IVS d 1.2cm LVID d 4.2 cm PW d 1.1cm Everything else in the report is normal. Tmt test is negative. Kidney and Liver reports are normal. CBC report is normal. Lipid profile is normal too. His blood sugar is normal. Only his Blood pressure is mildly increased 145/80. I'm very worried for his health. Is this heart condition reversible with treatment or is it permanent? Please help.

My family was contracted with covid recently...where first 1yr baby was shown covid positive symptoms and same was confirmed by doctor.However doctor suggested my family to not get tested as obviously they would be covid positive...right now my family is using following tablets immediately after they started showing symptoms...is it k to use these medications or not? Doxt -sl/ Azithromycin daily twice for 5 days (antibiotic) Tab.pantop 40mg daily once for 5 days (gas- early morning) Tab.montek LC daily once at night for 5 days (cold & throat pain) Tab Syp Ascoril LS - 1 (cough) Vit -C daily for 5 days

Went to market on Friday noon ate dinner at 10 and then got chakkkar and lied on bed and then had vomiting, then I slept and next day i.e on Saturday I ate daliya and khichdi only and took rest for full day but can feel right hand has Little weakness and pain at back of head and neck. On Sunday took rest but felt same like on Saturday. Today i.e Monday got up on time and started with regular routine but can feel little weakness in right hand but no headache. What could be possible cause also I was sleeping late around 3am and getting up at 8:30 am for last 2 months or so.
