Dear sir /mam I want to aks for my mother 61/F. Taking BP medicines from past 4 -5 yrs. Does a deficiency of Vitamin D cause high blood pressure? Which all blood diagnostic tests are required for Hypertension?

I want to know if there could be other reasons for low vitamin D despite good exposure to sun like any nutritional deficiency? my latest vitamin d test value 25. it is not severely deficient, but not sufficient either (should be above 30). should I take supplements? if I take supplement and also spend time in the sun, will it increase vitamin d value beyond max limit? I do yoga in the morning regularly for half an hour between 8am to 10am under sun. I took Vitamin D supplements around 4 months back (during Covid time). so I am not sure if the current value is due to the supplement (which took time to increase levels) which I had taken before OR it is due to sun exposure. is there any risk if I keep taking vitamin D supplement always (within limit) without worrying about sun exposure?

From 3 4 days feeling dizzy While walking I am feeling I am going to fall imbalance Quite shivering Even while using mobile my head gets heavy Is it because of cold or any other reason  or something related to ear Any home remedies for this ?

I take lodoz 5 mg for bp after taking it i was around 120/80 and 85 pulse but about a to weeks my diastolic bp rise to 95 and heart beat also going around to 100 to 115 I'm 98 kg boy I'm chewing tobacco since 1 year now in corona situation I'm stay at home so I get free time so I take more tobacco so my question is after quiting tobacco my bp comes to normal?I

I have omicron covidin fection.. Tested.. Sore throat and cough is there.. I'm the only caregiver to my old mom whom I have locked in a room to save from me.. Can I cook hot food and give it to her without touching? Like khichdi I'll be wearing double mask..

I am suffering from pain in right buttucle region since 4 months. Initially fist month I consulted with neurologist, he prescribed Amitone 25 mg tablets , gabapentin plus 300, rejunex cd3 for 30 days. I have completed the course but no out come. Later I consulted another neurologist, he said that the pain is not related to neurons and suggest to meet general surgjeon. Further it is to inform that Pain was completely low or no pain while rest position. If brufen 400 mg tablet is used, pain was not coming. Touching the pain region, it is sensed that small ball type and it is moving While sitting on floor or chair or any hard surface and driving the scooty, the pain was increasing Initially I used to wear leather cheppal, after coming pain, I changed to slippers. While using slippers, pain was reduced, after some time pain was again coming even though using slippers. today it is like hard surface with more pain at right buttucle region, last 4 days I am sleeping on hard surface

I have pain in throat while regular coughing. Initially itchy throat but now wet cough and can't even sleep with it. Coughing has become so strong that giving pressure on head and urinary system. I am taking steam, kada, salted warm water gargles etc but no improvement in last 3days.plz help. I am working mother to a 3years boy and no one else to get help or go outside soon. Also I do smoke as well and quit it since the problem occured.
