Hi doc. My son 2.6yrs old two days back he pulled my right side of hair so hardly. That day I didn't ve much pain but next day I feel like some heavy in back right side of head. Sometimes in back left side . It keeps switching between left nd right side of my back head. Also from 2 weeks back I ve started with 10 min jogging nd some chest exercise. Is this heaviness due to hair pulled or due to exercise? . Please help me

I am a final year mbbs student and have exams in three weeks. I am unable to eat and have anxiety due to the stress. I have nausea cough and palpitations cause of the fear. I need help to make sure this doesn't happen during exams and my studies are not compromised

I am getting feeling like after we ran for more time we used to get the cough because of breathing right. Like the same feeling I am getting in a day like 10 to 15 min during covid. I was not able to sleep account of which I consulted physician who gave me Nexito Plus for anxiety for 10 days after taking the medicine I felt better and able to sleep once I stopped after course again not able to sleep..I don't have other medical issues because of no sleep at night my daily routine like gym, office work, mood change affected. Plez suggest as I don't want to be in medicine..
