Can a breastfeeding mother take one cold-act tablet? If not, what's the medicine for common cold while breast feeding.

From past 3 days I am having diarrhea every time I eat something accompanied by a growling sound. I am also having muscle weakness in my upper arm and a bit of pain in lower back. The pain is not constant and comes and goes. This all started after I got a migraine headache. The headache is gone, but not sure if it's because of it or something else. Kindly help so I can consult accordingly.

I am working in a office which consists of 6 peoples. Today a friend of my boss is diagnosed with tb, he is a regular visit to the office and our collegues. My collegues does not wear any kind of face mask or hand hygiene. But i weared N95 mask all time and maintained hand hygiene also. But the problem is i am directly in contact with my collegues as they have a continous meeting. But i wear masks. Can i or my collegues have a chance of getting tb?

I had EMG NCV test with a open needle in 2009..As the needle was not packed ??.it was open needle..I ask the Technician about the needle, He said that needle is fully sterilized. It comes in bunches. Already, the incident happened more than 12yrs ago...my queries are... .I am afraid about blood borne diseases..HIV, HEPATITIS .As I have completed more than 12yrs ...1.. I am healthy & having no complications..But ofteny I worry about HIV & HEPATITIS diseases as the needle was not packed?? It was a open needle !! 1..Is there any possibilities of HIV OR HEPATITIS B OR C from the pre-mentioned needle pricked injury during my NCV & EMG tests after completion of 12yrs...please reply me Respected Doctors, Thanks !!

Hello, My father is 68 years, already taken two doses of  covishield vaccination. When should be give him booster dose. After 3 or 6 months. As with second wave and before second vaccine, he got COVID and was hospitalized was given oxygen. Please advise. Thanks
