My homocysteine is 20.18.. How to reduce it???? I am having risk factors of heart disease hence to reduce future occurence I want to reduce it

I have pain in my left arm. The pain started from the wrist and palm and now my elbow is also aching. There is a bit of weakness in my arm and shoulder. I also had pain in my lower back and shoulders in the morning. There was a mild pain under my ribs also while breathing. Not sure if it's because I slept with fan on or is it something serious.

Hi, yesterday night while sleeping I kept my hand below my head and tried sleeping to my left and right sides but each time I had chest pain, I also tried sleeping flat but chest pain continued for a while. I had iron deficiency and about four or five days ago I received an iron injection since then I used to have little pain but from the past two days, I don't remember having pain. Is it okay to have pain even after 4 or 5 days of receiving the injection?

So, wanted to ask os nexpro L safe to consume? I read that it damages the LES or it becomes addictive? Read in a medical article provided by ncbi gov website.. I was treated with sompraz D twice a day for 5 days which had reduced my symptoms by 90%. Still i had stomach gnawing, so doctor prescribed rifagut 400 along with nexpro L for 5 days, so is nexpro L safe and doesn't cause relapse of the problem once stopped? Please guide me once as i am unable to contact with my doctor :(.

Is nexpro L safe to consume for 5 days before breakfast? I saw in practo that people have reported withdrawal symptoms? Also, it is prescribed by my doctor but m not able to contact him due to which m posting the query here. Not self medicating... please guide me if its safe..
