Hello Sir/Madam, I am karthik. I am 35 years old. I am working in the night shifts from the past one month . I am sleeping only 4hrs during the day time ( unable to sleep for long hours) and doing exercise for one hour. I am unable to work properly because every day after 1am I am getting sleep and I am unable to concentrate on the work and getting sleep. So will this effect heart and will there will be any serious problems because of lack of sleep. Pls advise

Hi, I have been checking to get some information, I recently did some tests to check on Vitamin b12 and Vitamin D3, the result show that I have very low vit-d3 and borderline b12. How can I improve these vitamins and should I be worried ? I recently started eating egg but need some help if I have to take regular vitamin tablets. Looking forward for the response. So, i was getting upset epigastric region since few weeks. I have completed the course of sompraz d and providac twice a day for 5 days as suggested by my doctor.. Now it had resolved 90% of my issues but it wws not gone completely, so i asked my doctor again, he prescribed me Rifaximin 400 twice a day, rabemac dsr once in the morning and vizylac rich twice a day. So today's the 3rd day of medicine though, i have observed today morning, my stool shape has become normal like a sausage but it has these black dots all over them, just wanted to know if these are normal or I need to get evaluated further physically? She has Brest lumps since last 10 to 15 days .it is hard and big in size .doctor has given some antibiotic tablets but since Same condition. Today's doctor checked with syringe and Said there some infection of pu..inside and continued that tablets for next 4days. What's i have to do next for this treat the lumps.
