First time I am going through a typhoid where my temperature is normal. Its below 98 degree. Which type of typhoid is this. And why I suffered from this. I don't have junk food from outside. Is there something serious ? I am having medicine from doctor.

Deep breath chest pain
2 days before i have sharp pain in lower chest (stretching) for 2-3 seconds.. yesterday i have pain in chest while deep breath 2-3 second..
Pain comes for 2-3 seconds.sharp and needle pricking.
I have done ecg 2 days before..

Fever, nausea with a jarring headache
I have a high fever since Friday (102-103°C), with extreme and pulsating headache which becomes sharp and extreme when I lean my head forward. The headache and nausea stay constant with a salty,metallic taste in my mouth. What could be the possible cause to this?
