100-101 fever not coming down
Since morning was not feeling like eating anything checked and found 100.5 fever. Gave Dolo 650 stil mo improvement. - Now Gave Meftal forte and checked fever gone to 101F. No cold or anything mild head heaviness. No other covid symptom. What could be the reason? And what can I give to lower the temperature

Take dolo 650mg whenever you have temperature 100 or more than 100 But don't take more than 4 tablets in a day ok and keep 4..to 5 hours of gap between the tablets continue doing this for 3 days and if fever persists after 3 days also then you consult . Drink plenty of water Don't get dehydrated Don't worry everything will be fine soon.
