Hi, my father blood group has changed from B positive to B negative. What might be the reason for this change? And is this change possible?

When I took my complete body test, everything was normal except LDL and HDL. My BMI is 30. Triglycerides is 101. BP and ECG is normal. Sugar is normal. Kindly suggest about the readings. Do I need to consult doctor for this readings?

I have a bit b12 and d3 deficiency my b12 levels are 197.4pg/ml and d3 is22.84ng/ml and I am having acid reflux problem due to this vit deficiency i am facing slightly swaying problem which is not seen by any other person I only understand my swaying and I am also done my CT of head which is normal and I consult ent and he ruled out ear problem pls tell me

I feel nauseous at night after eating. For the whole day, I didn't feel anything but the nauseous feeling is only at night. Last week was undergoing treatment for APD ( Acid Peptic Disease), at that time time there was no problem during medication, but after medication, the problem arose again.

In 2013 I was inflicted with typhoid and since then I have had many symptoms. Frequently falling sick like cold and stomach issues as well. Pain in legs and muscle cramps, hairfall and last year my vitamin D levels came out to be 10 nmol/lit and I took supplements for that and now it's 60nmol/l and vitamin B12 this time came out to be 118pg/ml. I have never taken any supplements for Vitamin B12. I feel weakness and loss of appetite, tingling in feet and feet get number at times. All other reports come out normal. Haemoglobin was 11 and rbc was a bit low but not very low.
