Overthinking and anxiety
I cannot stop overthinking and even a small work scares me, my heart beatd become fast. And because of overthinking I am not able to sleep properly. I feel extremely weak. I had eaten anxiety medicines a couple of times and i am scared that they are habit forming. What do I do?

you need to overcome the stigma attached to mental health and consult a psychiatrist .As you are afraid of habit formation due to medication i can assure you there are other treatment modalities available eg,counselling ,behaviour therapy,peer groups to encourage and boost self confidence and control anxiety and other associated illness.Moreover the root cause needs to be treated.

Mam first you need to calm down. Stop over thinking ... Over thinking will make you feel sad. Don't compare your self with any one. Have a healthy diet. Drink plenty of water. Go out.. talk to people. Start doing some physical activity. Life is beautiful . Don't worry everything will be fine soon. Take rest. I need to ask you few questions regarding your problem.
