Overthinking
Now a days i worry a lot and I keep overthinking, I try to distract myself but I cannot. I don't get enough sleep and I keep crying almost all the time. I don't like getting out of the house and I get too anxious whenever someone talks to me. I have started self harm myself and I get breathless at times.
