Hi,
I am male 33, from last 5-8 years i am gaining weight rapidly. My initial waist size was 28 but now its 38. I am having normal food everyday, then also i am gaining weight.
People and few doctors told me to hit a gym and i did the same, lost the 10 kg weight also, but once i left gym, i got same weight again.
So, my mom also have weight issue, i am also suffering from this. How to treat this? What tests has to be done, which doctor i have to consult? Now i am 90kg.

One question; why did you leave the Gym when you lost 10 kg because of the Gym?
Gym habit is not a time bound program, but it is supposed to be life long.
And, please accept, obesity DOESN'T RUN in the families but people have obesity because NO ONE RUNS in those families.
