I am seeing dandruff like situation inside nose ..tgough little bit dryness in sides of nose but now I am seeing inside nose and inside ears also ..what should I do? whicb doctor I should consult ENT or skin doctor? Please suggest

Hello Doctor Almost from 10 month I am facing cheast heaviness & burn. Due to this short of breath. But when I took Nitayam(aayuriveda for gas) it will go for 10 to 20 days easily. But it will start again. I am confused. Could any one suggest me. Shall I check with Cardiologist( taking bp tablets)  it is simply gas issue. 6 month back my fast sugar was 120. For controlling this I stop eating at night and avoid intake sugar and potato and rice as well. Now fast sugar is 98 and bo 115/75. Wondering due to skipping dinner having this issue. I ride cycle for 15km daily but no issue. Please suggest I need to bother and meet Cardiologist or shall I consider this as gastric
