I have been feeling very stiff neck and shoulder pain since some time. Feel pain while moving neck side by side and to and fro motion. Pls advise.

I experience a sort of memory loss and decrease in cognitive abilities. I used to take Himalaya Brahmi. Can I take Patanjali Medhavati tablets as a supporting medicine instead of Brahmi?

My Hlab27 was test negative In July and Esr and Crp is normal , My  mri is normal SI JOINTS HIP & PELVIC , I am feeling feeling unbearable pain in legs foot ankle calf muscle pain knee joints , After getting up from chair I am feeling pain in back I am going to depression & anxiety, I want to know mri also can not catch any early inflammation, as my triple phase whole body bone scan is also normal

My cousin completed his Last 4th anti Rabies vaccine on 15th February 2022 from government hospital schedule was Day 0 3 7 28 intradermal 4 dose and today on 7th March 2022 a street dog scratch him with nails with minor little bit blood comes out no wound so should he have to take booster dose Day 0 and Day 3 Arv ?

Few months back, I was in park, walking on grass with bare feet, something prick my feet since then I have a knot in my left foot, earlier there was no pain but now it hurt when I walk and I think the knot is also getting big day by day and harder. Please advise what to do.

I have TSH 6.44 FT3 - 3.83 FT4 - 1.32 I am not sure if I need consultation on medication for thyroid also haven't seen any symptoms. Kindly suggest.
