Can covid test comes positive again when isolation period is over? Is rtpcr detect dead virus? After how much time I have to go for retest? Retest required or not if we don't have any symptoms?

Since last 8 days i am having Covid. I am fine now. I have smell and taste but lost my appetite. The hunger and cravings for food is not there. Please prescribe some syrup or something to boost my appetite.

Hello respected Doctors Greetings. I am getting frequent headaches only during the winters past one year. Please advise what to do? The pattern is behind the eye backside n neck. Then the forehead would also start aching. It gets better when summer approaches. I am just tired of this hours of headache during the cold season. Hi Today I have got cough suddenly. No idea how. I was good the whole day but evening cough started. And when I breath in lungs I can hear the voice and when I cough the liquid comes. Can i know the tablets and syrups to get cure. No fever. Only body slight body pain.
