Stopped breastfeeding of toddler but my breasts are so tender and painful. Any medicine I can take ? It's been four days I stopped breastfeeding my two year old.

When I am standing suddenly from my bed I feel some dizeness just for 4,5 seconds then I feel better ,also feel palpitations for few seconds same  way when I suddenly lay on bed, some times I notice stars in my vision

I had fever only on Saturday and now only nose ears and head jammed due to cold.. my course of Azythromycin of 5days will end tomorrow, so do I need to continue for more days if yes how many more days... also do I need to be worried due to ct value???

After i have been diagnosed with covid 19. Now i have recovered but we need a fit to fly certificate to start flying again. So I'll get it from here on this app?

I am Covid positive with NO FEVER and has only mild symptoms and doctor prescribed meftal forte and dolo 650 to me ( Twice a day/ both the tabs) Do i need to take meftal forte and dolo650 in case there is no fever?. Spo2 is 97 but pulse rate goes till 188. What makes the pulse rate goes high and what precautions/ medication i have to follow?I am diabetic and sugar level flutuates between 140-180
