Blood urea nitrogen of 6.44 is normal but SGOT and SGPT are elevated. Detailed history required such as alcohol consumption,any pre existing liver disease,any medications history etc.Also requires further evaluation to come to a diagnosis.consult general physician or medical gastroenterologist

Madam where you ask something then you need to provide complete medical history.
Any symptoms...reason for the test.
