Hi docter continue 3days chest pain and burning sention,pls lower back pain toatal spine pain,and body weakeness what is the reason sir please suggest me.tommarrow morning I taking pantaprojal injection how to active my body,and one i had headache countinue back top of headache.pls suggest me sir.

Hello welcome madam It looks like APD ( acid peptic disease)and minor degree of UTI mixed As you said kindly go for pantaprazole injection and tablets But you need further evaluation for your back pain Need to rule out UTI ( urinary tract infection)or PID
