widal is a backdated test for widal becsuse of its fallacies. consult for proper tests before treatment.

All the investigations and reports always should be correlated clinically
By this first time widal test you can not say whether you are having typhoid or not
After 4 weeks if you have four fold rise in TITRE of serology, then only we can say , you have been affected by typhoid
Now you go along with your symptoms for best possible treatment
