Took cheston cold at 4:30 pm now I'm having fever 102.3  at 6 :00 pm can I take dolo now? Or I have wait for hours?.. please help

Mild headache and I am doing vomiting it has been occurred 4 times today. I had eat nothing. Even if I drink water vomit happen.

Im breast feeding mother of three month baby. I had got fever and chills three weeks back. I went to doctor he gave me paracetamol and antibiotics for three days. My fever was gone next day. But i have cough. I feel chest heavy sometimes. I dont get mucus out though. Except for night or morning i get littly mucus out of throat. Even the cough is sometimes especially at night, Early morning, if i go out or walk. when i sleep on my back i feel chest heavy and get urge to cough. What could be the reason??

My mother who is 65 years old . Had high temperature since morning. 100.8. she took paracetamol morning and afternoon m temperature is still same. She got headache and later vomiting in the evening. What reason for this???
