Hypertension
I'm 50M. Last December i was diagnosed with hypertension. My BP was 147/90. Sometimes it used to go upto 155/100. Echo was normal. TMT negative. The doctor put me on Telmisartan 20. I took it for 1.5 months. Now I have stopped. Now my BP is around 125/82. Is this okay?

125/82 is a normal bp, but this normal range is because of the medication you were taking. It might increase again if you stop medication in between. please consult your treating doctor before stopping or changing medications. Hypertensive medications are to be taken for life long. Consult for any query
