Your diastolic blood pressure is higher than normal. But a single measurement of BP is not enough to confirm. You should measure your BP twice daily for 3 days in a week .Physical activity like brisk walking for 30 minutes a day plus diet modifications, reduction in the salt intake and increase in the potassium intake will be helpful in the non pharmacological management.

Sleeplessness could increase ur BP and it could be because of many reasons. if insomnia ie., sleeplessness is still there u must be evaluated as minimum of 6 hours sleep is good for ur age.
