My s cholesterol level is 137 mg/dl. Is there anything to work. And how to increase if needed to increase ... iam worried

Today when i was doing bath i found i have small lump inside upper arm (not under armpit). It is little hard. I am little overweight so the arm area have some fat. Is this lump is any serious? It is not painful..after seeing lump i am touching it frequently thats why it is cause little pain.

Hi Doctors. I often feel like a sharp stabbing pain in the left side of my chest. Which comes with a wave of weakness & fatigue, dizziness etcetera. I got multiple ECG's done all turned out normal. Had a 2D echo Doppler which was again normal & a Stress Test too. All of these tests were completely Normal. I have gained a lil weight as I do WFH & have a sitting job. I keep getting a feeling that I am having a full blown heart attack when I get this pain. It makes me absolutely uncomfortable & anxious. If it's not cardiac related, what could be the case ?

My mother is getting fever every afternoon without any other symptoms since last 10 days. It rises in the afternoon and goes back to normal by evening. Abdominal ultrasound and chest xray didn't suggest anything abnormal. What could be the reason for temperature rise?

Mom is having hypo thyroid. Tsh is 9.81.taking thyrox 25.tested cholesterol total is 231.blood sugar fasting 100.hemoglobin 12.60.cholestrol is high should she take medicine.
