If it's just a muscle injury, pain and swelling or bruise will reduce in 2 or 3 days. If there is any injury to spine you need to get a x ray spine done . Physical examination in recommend so consult orthopedician. Apply hot fomentation for temporary relief. Consult for any query.

With the  assistance of SBI Yes Bank recovered madam.. Don't worry you will also recover soon . You will need to visit an orthopedician for physical examination ok. Extent of injury can't be accessed on phone. You can take Pantopparazol+Domperidome for nausia for now and apply diclofenac gel or spray and Take zerodol MR for relief for now and can also apply ice at the injury sight for relief.
