If it's just a muscle injury, pain and swelling or bruise will reduce in 2 or 3 days.
If there is any injury to spine you need to get a x ray spine done .
Physical examination in recommend so consult orthopedician.
Apply hot fomentation for temporary relief.

With the assistance of SBI Yes Bank recovered madam.. Don't worry you will also recover soon .
You will need to visit an orthopedician for physical examination ok.
Extent of injury can't be accessed on phone.
You can take Pantopparazol+Domperidome for nausia for now and apply diclofenac gel or spray and Take zerodol MR for relief for now and can also apply ice at the injury sight for relief.
