Feeling tingling in legs and arms
I got vaccinated with covishield about 15 days back and after 6-7 days I had tingling on my left legs when I sleep and now for the past 3 days I am unable to sleep as I wake up with tingling and warm sensation in arms and legs and Haven't been able to concentrate on anything. Feeling very weak. Also went through nerve conduction and enmg and everything on legs looks normal. I have problem sleeping as warm sensation kicks in at hands and legs

First of all do not panic.
It's just a post Vaccine side effects.
Tingling and all is due to Minerals like Sodium, potassium,Chloride & Vitamin b12 imbalance
