Tingling in arms
Everyday, multiple times a day I notice I need to take deep breathes. During this period, sometimes (not always) my arms will go numb, or feel tingly. Sometimes the feeling in my arms is so bad it makes my thumb want to close against the palm of my hand. I've even noticed during the numbness that the muscle on my forearm will twitch, and I can watch it 'throb' so to speak. My lip or eyebrow has experienced this too. Is this some sort of anxiety or panic attack?
