I am having fever for last 13 days. Please go through the report once. I am having LINEZOLID antibiotics for 3 days but not working. Please suggest

Kindly elaborate the symptoms ,only fever doesn't explain this condition..!! and taking linezolid wont help if we dont know the diagnosis...
