Hi , I got sore throat  on January 12 and white tongue on January 20 , had consultation with ENT doctor(viral pharyngitis). He gave some medicines within 3 days my symptoms reduced . But , still white tongue is present and I have checked covid antigen test on successive consecutive days and it came positive and after using medicines it came negative . I'm not able to understand am I covid positive that time ? Post this incident , I got muscle pain and multiple times sore throat .

It's 3 months now no use of thinking about it. For white tongue you can take vit b complex supplements with vit c. Maintain proper oral hygiene.
