Upper chest, left hand, jaw pain.
The pain comes in the top part of the chest. ECG ECHO NORMAL. LEFT HAND SHOULDER Pain comes in and pulling last 1 month.The pain comes in the chest if the left shoulder is tightened.Comes with upper jaw pain. Pls reason.

It would have been better if you have mentioned your age and under what conditions you get such pain. If you are 26years ...... Reasons associated with muscle spasm, GERD, trapezitis etc should be thought of. If above 40 years ..... Get a TMT test done. In certain kind of heart issues ECG and echo can be normal. Only during excessive stress, we can find changes associated with heart. Needa further details for proper guidance
