Body weight is falling down and feeling very weak overall and no energy. Please help to overcome this weakness and regain energy level like a month before. Doctor my sister took her Last 4th Day 28 anti rabies vaccine 1 Month 9 Day's Ago on 15th February schedule was Day 0 3 7 28 intradermal but today 24th March a street dog scratch her with nails minor drop like blood comes out no wound so how many dose of Arv vaccine is required full course or 2 Booster Dose ?

I am facing extreme sneezing, running nose and sometimes headache if theres a lot of sneezing. This is happening since 2-3 years. I am taking levocetirizine for remedy twice daily (not prescribed) - even on days when I dont have the problem. Unable to understand if its some allergy, some neural problem in the nose, or anything else as not able to find the trigger. But whenever it happens, it terrible and it automatically subsides after 2-3 days. Please advise.

Earlier he had high BP and he is taking Enam5 and Tonact 10 medicine regularly. But last few days it is found that BP showing 112/79 or something like that. Shall he continue with his BP medicine or skip for one or two days?
