I feel short of breath whenever i eat food and my stomach is full,i don't have any breathing problems but still i feel it...

I have affected with covid with symptoms of fever ,cold and body pains and  initial CT value of 28 and after a week after the medication the CT value is 19 but I have no symptoms. How can I interpret these values. Is it increased or decreased.

Lymphocytes count is high 49 and when I had covid it was 14 I tested for HIV 3 times. It's non reactive. What should be the reason for lymphocyte high and low
