Hello, I did kapalbhati for 4 days and now i have headache, nausea and trouble sleeping and i checked my blood pressure its 90/140, It's used to be around 80/110, I had already stopped kapalbhati bhati 2 days Back but still the blood pressure isn't coming back to normal and I have the above stated symptoms, Please Help.
