Iam having throat pain. Unable to eat anything, iam unable to swallow saliva also.. It hurts so much... Little bit cough is der, productive cough... Head ache also there...it hurts when i touch throat both sides,is it common cold or covid... Suggest me some medicine

My mother age 57 is having type 2 diabetes. Her recent Hba1c is 8 . Problem with her is repetitive fever once medicine/antibiotics (zifi) course is over from last 20-25 days. Urine routine test is normal. CBC shows Hemoglobin level low (9.7) . So plz suggest any further tests so that I can have them before consulting any physician further.

For mouth ulcer problem I'm taking Becosules (B-Complex) and Folic acid tablet. Is it ok to take this medicine twice a day? Or the dose should take once a day only?
