After getting up in the morning , I am facing severe back pain , & stomach ache back pain persists only occur on the morning and evening there is no pain so is this serious problem

Me my husband and kid were ill. Had fever sinus and cough doc said it is viral no tests advised We got fine within 3 days though my husband performed test it came covid negative.. Now within 2 days my in-laws got fever,sinus same doc said perform covid test . We have not done test for them yet as they are ok today than yesterday. Now my question is Are there chances that if they r covid positive and we will get infection back? Reoccurrence of fever to us is possible?
