Hello doctors, Is there any difference between generic medicines and normal (prescribed brand's) medicines. Why some people deny to take generic medicines?

My mother in law Is having a little swelling near her pelvic part. It looked like harnia. But ultrasound proved it wrong. There is a little lump typ thing. Doctor said it might be some kind of infection ir gangling thing. He right leg is swelling near ankle with blood clots. She is having some stones in the kidney too. She is unable to walk properly. She also went for FNAC from her feet. Reports are due. Doctors are unable to diagnose the exact problem. What doctor we should opt for actual diagonisis?

Having Typhoid reoccur again and again taken antibiotics course so many times of ceftas after taking medicine it become weak positive and after some time it will be positive. how can we ensure that there is no more salmollena in our body what kind of tesst we have to perform please help.
