Flu

From 2 months I'm having very  light pain in left eye, and between left eye and eyebrow part , and left side of nose. Pain is continuously present. And only in left area of face. Got my eyes checked and doctor said I have dry eyes and using Moizol-z drops 4 times a day. Kindly reply what to do I'm very tensed and feeling really stressed.

I have dizziness since 3 months. After sleeping I do not feel dizziness. is it neuro problem or psychological problem

I gave a blood test and urine test today and I got low levels of Vitamin B-12, Vitamin D Total 25 Hydroxy, Creatinine Serum (KFT). My Vitamin B-12 level is 207 pg/ml but the normal levels should be 211 to 912. My Vitamin D, 25- Hydroxy level is 10.81 ng/ml but the normal levels are 30 to 100 My Creatinine Serum level is 0.76 mg/dl but the normal levels are 0.9 to 1.3 My Serum Triglycerides level is 185 mg/dl but the normal level should be less than 150 My Serum LDL Cholesterol is 118.2 but optimal level should be less than 100 My VLDL Cholesterol level is 37 but optimal level should be 06-30 My ALP level is 139 U/L but optimal levels are 43-115 My Serum bilirubin (total ) level is 1.45 mg/dl but optimal level is 0.3-1.2 My Serum bilirubin (indirect) level is 1.26 mg/dl but optimal level is 0.0-0.8 My MPV level is 12.8 F/L but optimal level is 7.4-11.4 My ESR level is 13 mm/1st hr but optimal level is 0-10 Rest all figures are normal. Please guide

Doctor my cousin's vaccination schedule was Day 0 3 7 28 intradermal he took his Last 4th Vaccine on 15th February but today on 23rd March a street dog scratch him with nails with minor little bit blood comes out no wound just line of scratch so should he need to take booster dose of Arv ?
