Since 2 months most of the time my blood pressure ranges between 130-140 systolic and 90-100 dystolic... Sometimes it shows 130-88,125-82, Doctor prescribed me met xl 12.5 Should i start bp medication? Is  blood pressure range around 140/100 too high? What should i do??.. Kindly suggest Is that range i mentioned too high and dangerous?

Sir actually just one month 15 days ago i got fully vaccinated against rabies with a vaccination schedule of 0,3,7 and 28 including serum and tetanus on the 0th day. but just 4 days ago a street puppy who is 3month 15 days old (not vaccinated) comes to our house plays with me a lot licked my finger . the main problem is that the skin of my finger was peeled off and blood was coming from it and i thought that the puppy licked that part of my finger . so do i have to get any other injections . (it happened 4 days before)

My vitamin D level was 19 in july 2021,now it came to 18.6 ,i took LUMIA 60 K capsule continuosly for 3 month as doctor prescribed and sun exposure daily 1 to 3 hrs , although my vitamin d level not increses ,what could be the reason

Night cough ,frequently since 14 days,with disturbed sleep. Previously tested for covid 19 positive.

My father had high fever and cough. With dolo 650 taken 3 times in a day it was not coming down so he took meftal forte thrice a day for about 2 days and fever body pain came down. He took asthakind expectorant for cough and pan 40 morning. A Zithromax 500mg 3 days. He takes rosuvas 10mg at night for Cholesterol. Does any of this have serious side effects causing illusions or unable to concentrate n sleep. He said muscles feels like it will stop working if you straighten or stiffen it. Pls help immediately.

Hi I had a d&C procedure done on 24th due to. Missed abortion of 7 weeks, Doctor prescribed  amoxycillin for 5 days whose course is finished yesterday I have got cold cough and throat pain from last 2 days can i take Azithromycin now?
