Consult with a doctor

Yes. I am giving a simple answer because you should have answered this question for yourself. You decide how many tablets you can eat in a day . And then I will tell you which medicine you should take and which medicines you can skip. On my own if I tell you that, you will fight with your doctor for having prescribed unnecessary medicines and your doctor will fight with me , "How dare I cancel the medicines which he has prescribed".
