Hello! You have been suffering probavly from a voral fever and dehydration tjat follows it.take orss sachets once in 4 hrs .take plenty of fluids likebuttermilk, coconut water, water melon juice ..or pieces.have good sleep.Avoid exposure to sun till you feel better and come out of dehydration. The bitter taste that you are having could be due to gastitis(gas accumulation)..use pantop 40 before breakfast and before dinner.
