Thyroid simulating hormone
I had covid last year and I did my routine blood test My TSH is 7 mcIU/ml what does this mean? Do i have to take medicine or do i have thyroid?

This means you have hypothyroidism. As the report is a year old so you need to repeat thyroid profile. Then if again then TSH is elevated then you need to start medicines.
