Stomach pain
I'm having intermittent stomach pain it comes after eating sometimes it will be on upper part of stomach and sometimes on lower part of stomach it will be revolving sometimes I feel difficulty in breathing wats the reason

It may due to acid peptic disease. You need to do 1) ultrasound abdomen and pelvis 2) endoscopy ,3) CBC, LFT You need to avoid 1) spicy foods 2) tea coffee beverages 3) carbonated bottle drinks 4)skipping breakfast 5) smartphone 6) analgesics You need to take 1) high fibre diet 2) green leafy vegetables and fruits 3) curd 4) plenty of fluids And PPI drugs for 6weeks

It could be many things but most common cause of upper abdominal pain is gastritis. Avoid spicy and oily food. Take cap. PAN DSR early morning before breakfast.
