Fish contains alot of Omega acids. Which is good for your cardiovascular health. But do keep in mind don't have fried fish. Baked and curry is absolutely fine. Keep enjoying your meals. And keep working out.
Eating fresh fish 🐟🐟🐟🐟 (not inthe form of fried) will give some Omega 3 fatty acid
Which is good for your heart
I hope that this is the one you expected
Now, happy?
Yes you can eat fish. It is a lean source of protein. However since you are saying you are a cardiovascular patient, I suggest eating steamed fish / baked fish / fish curry is better than having fried fish. Reduce your intake of fried fish.
