Cardiovascular disease and eating fish
Doctor,I'm a cardiovascular patient. Can I eat fish daily? How much fish per day. Can I eat two pieces for lunch and two for dinner? ( Big fish like king fish) , five sardine fish for lunch and 5 for dinner.

Fish contains alot of Omega acids. Which is good for your cardiovascular health. But do keep in mind don't have fried fish. Baked and curry is absolutely fine. Keep enjoying your meals. And keep working out.

Eating fresh fish 🐟🐟🐟🐟 (not inthe form of fried) will give some Omega 3 fatty acid Which is good for your heart I hope that this is the one you expected Now, happy?

Yes you can eat fish. It is a lean source of protein. However since you are saying you are a cardiovascular patient, I suggest eating steamed fish / baked fish / fish curry is better than having fried fish. Reduce your intake of fried fish.
