I don't find any lipids stuck in the upper eyelids.
Please get your Blood CBC, sugar, and Lipid profile done. With the reports you should consult with a General Physician on Practo. The treatment will have to be directed towards Lipid profile.

Cholesterol is not present on eyes/eyelids. Fatty tissue can be present. This looks like fat. Kindly consult privately with a report of lipid profile
