I am having High Cholesterol Levels & Re
32M, seeking General Medicine consult for rising cholesterol/lipid trend + borderline HbA1c. Total Cholesterol: 264 (Nov'25) → 191 (Mar'26) → 239 (Jul'26) LDL: 174 → 123 → 192 Triglycerides: 213 → 209 → 277 HDL: 48 → 33 → 47 HbA1c: 5.7 (Mar'26), 5.7 (Jul'26) — pre-diabetic range, unchanged Vitamin D: 26.3 → 22.7 (insufficient both times) Also reporting: high work stress, fragmented sleep (7am forced wake + 2hr second sleep block), and ongoing gastric issues. Diet already includes ragi/jowar swap, ~70g protein/day, clean breakfast. Looking to discuss whether lifestyle trial vs. medication makes sense given the fluctuating (not just rising) pattern.
