Feeling low and faint after having non veg ..is it normal..not able to perform day to day activities ...feeling lazy and warmer than normal

I was given 5mg Rosuvastatin one week back for high cholestrol , from the next day after taking the first tablet I am experiencing severe constipation,  bloating and stomach discomfort. Is this common problem for this drug even at this small dose.

My vitamin d value is 20. If I take vitamin d supplement and also spend time under sun everyday for half an hour will it cause vitamin d value to shoot up above the max value?. I am having vitamin d deficiency symptoms, so i want to take the supplement.
