I tested for tourch profile after 1year of my exposure.i got serum control postive. but hiv 1 and hiv 2 is negative. What is serum control?

I woke up from sleep midnight suddenly and  i feel slight numbness in right side of back head and after 10-15 minutes numbness got rid off and i feel pressure on right back head. Is there any serious issue.

Yesterday, hot tea fell on my hand.I immediately wash my hands with running water and then applied ice pack and then Aloe gel Yesterday, there was the burning sensation throughout the day. Today I have little burning sensation but the skin has become blackish reddish colour Which cream shall I apply on wound to make it back to normal skin and how much days it will take??

I hv been advised to reduce milk and gluten consumption because of autoimmune condition. But we hv our own buffalo which is grass fed ( no injections to increase milk production). Will this type of extremely pure milk also aggravate my problem?

So as per endoscopy i have antral gastritis and h pylori positive. The h pylori treatment had failed for the first time, then with a different set of antibiotics i am being treated again. But i see i have become too thin, i have lost muscle after going through a lot of medicines. I eat only healthy food now and that too homemade. How do I gain weight? Can I take mass gainer with my condition or it will worsen it? Please let me know.
