Hello doctors, I have got these small bumps under the right hand armpit that are painful. They are hard and raised. They are small in size but there are about 4 to 5 bumps. Could you please advise if these are pimples or something else? What should I do to get rid of them?

Does cold and cough really require medicines? I don't see any improvement in cold  when I take medicines.

Can a pinched nerve in back near shoulder blade cause leg weakness and fatigue + foot burning sensation? During workout 1-2 months back i had a pinched nerve or maybe muscle pulled badly in my back just between right shoulder blade.. i have taken neugaba m, tendocare forte goven by doctor but it hasn't resolved yet!

I am having severe pain in the area near the lining of anus and it's causing pain during while passing stool. It even hurts when jet spray water touches it. I have tried stool softener and hot baths. Pain is gone for few days but comes back again.
