What could be the possible treatment for thyroiditis characterised by symptoms of both hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism with normal t3, t4 and fluctuating tsh

Sir / mam From past 7 days i am having pain in finger joints , sole palm and knee joint I have done my RA factor test - negative Anti ccp - negative Aso titre - positive Crp- 45 Esr -35 And i am having tonsil stones from last 4 yrs Doctor i am very worried am i having any rheumatic disease ? Rhd or rheumatic fever ?

Sir I have uploaded a picture of prescription , my mother had a fall , and got cut near eye. Can you please tell if tetanus injection is written on prescription as she got 2 injection, she don't know which one.so that if Tetanus was not given she can take it now.

I have taken tetanus injection in January 2022. But due to falling from cycle i have few scratches with small bleeding. Do I need tetanus now.

Doctor my friend previously vaccinated with 4 dose intradermal 0 37 28 vaccination he took Last 4th Vaccine on 15th February 2022 and again because his pet dog scratch him so he took Tetanus and 3 dose intradermal rabies vaccine Day 0 7 28 he took Last 3rd ( Day 28) Rabies vaccine on 24th April 2022 but today on 3rd May a street dog scratch him with nails no wound skin redness and drop like blood comes out so should he need to take booster dose of rabies Vaccine ?

I pierced my nose 48days ago..yesterday i saw a irritation bump & some white discharge..my doctor advice me to take zocef -cv 500 tablet ,twice /day. And t-bact ointment.is the treatment is ok??zocef cv is usefull for that?

I was driving 300+ km and i have noticed that there is a mild pain and swelling at my neck back side. Do i need to worry about this? I used to drive long trips but this type is issue never happened.

I got low grade fever for that after having blood test it was learnt the cause of fever is typhoid & thyroid(high T3, T4 & low TSH). Since last 8 days I am having antibiotics treatment(Cepodem xp & Azithromycin for typhoid) and thyroid tablets(for thyroid Carbimazole tablets 5 mg). Now fever is not there anymore. But Since 24 Hrs i am having chronic hiccups. Can this be a cause of antibiotics?

My 5 year old kid have fever and cough last 7days.Paracitamol given every 8hrs but fever repeated eveytime
