Hello doctors, My father in law (age 56) is having problem with his left feet. It is getting swollen with pain. Picture attached for reference. It is getting normal on its own but then again after some time it is again reoccurring. Earlier we noticed in year 2017, it lasted for about a week and it recovered. After that it was last month, that also lasted about a week and recovered back to normal. But now, it came back, started 2 days back. Please suggest what could be the reason. What action/treatment should be taken from our side. Any specialist we need to consult? Or any blood test Or any other test we should do to know more? Please advise.

Red rashes on the neck and underarms and also in hands .It itches a lot and becomes red. Took Cetirizine yesterday but it didn't help. When she used candid powder it helped in itching but it's still irritating the body
