I am feeling severe anxiety, how can I calm myself down without taking any medication. I usually feel extremely anxious at night before sleeping and it's really hard to put myself to sleep.

Don’t use any electronic screen atleast 1 hr before sleep. Calm yourself with medication and taking deep breath and can also drink warm milk or chamomile tea. If these things doesn’t help then consult a psychiatrist
