Hi, I am male 33, from last 5-8 years i am gaining weight rapidly. My initial waist size was 28 but now its 38. I am having normal food everyday, then also i am gaining weight. People and few doctors told me to hit a gym and i did the same, lost the 10 kg weight also, but once i left gym, i got same weight again. So, my mom also have weight issue, i am also suffering from this. How to treat this? What tests has to be done, which doctor i have to consult? Now i am 90kg.

Sir almost 11 months ago I played cricket while playing I broke my slippers and played barefoot for the rest time and in this I got a small cut in the foot (quite small though) after playing I went home barefoot . My first treatment with amoxicillin, clarithomycin and ppi failed. After 1 month my gi doc as put me on doxycycline, sultamicillin and ppi twice a day, a friend of mine in medicine dept suggested to add bismuth to it, it improves eradication rate, is that correct? Should i add bismuth? Should I check with my doctor again?

There is a very small rat bite on left index finger, I am not sure whether it us rat bite or not , I have taken tt is it ok with that .
