I often feel lazy, tired, lethargic, and fatigued all day and I am also not able to focus on one thing. I think and plan a lot, and many thoughts come to my mind(maybe I am overthinking) but I am not able to do any work properly, I am not able to make proper decisions I get confused. I make mistakes, and forget things a lot. Is this because of stress? I sleep for an average of 6.5 to 7 hrs. Can you please help me with this? To whom should I consult? Thank you.

If one lymph node on usg resulted benign will every node be benign in neck posterior clavicle area is it possible i had one usg showed it was small and benign it's still there after years then i found accidentally small and three more i don't know since when these nodes had been there when i went for the ist usg he didn't checked the area where i found 3 more they are very small my dr couldn't feel them when i recently complaint about it

Doctor i am previously vaccinated with rabies vaccination schedule of 4 dose intradermal Day 0 3 7 28 2 months 17 days Ago so due to recent dog nail scratch i took tetanus and 3 booster dose Day 0 7 28 intradermal i took Last 3rd dose on 24th April 2022 but today morning 2nd May 2022 a street cat scratch me with nails with minor little bit blood comes out no wound so should i have to take booster dose of rabies Vaccine again ?
